Peak Hot Yoga

Whether you're looking to level up your physical fitness, find your zen, or both - Peak Hot Yoga offers a transformative experience that will leave you feeling empowered, balanced, and refreshed!

Each class features the same sequence so you can build stronger internal awareness and connection to your body. Grab your towel, some water, a mat, and let's get flowing!

slow flow

Discover the transformative power of mindful movement in our Slow Flow practice. This practice emphasizes holistic, somatic and intentional movements, allowing you to explore the foundational postures of yoga at a more deliberate pace.
By taking time in each pose, you'll enhance bone density, expand lung capacity, and refine your physical posture. Slowing down creates space to turn inward, cultivating awareness and presence both on and off the mat.

Yin & yang

Find balance and renewal in this two-part class designed to nurture your body and mind.
Class begins with a mindful slow flow, focusing on somatic awareness, alignment and breath while exploring foundational postures.
The second half transitions to a restorative experience, where you'll settle into supported poses that allow for deep relaxation and rejuvenation.
This is your time to release tension, calm the nervous system, and turn inward.
Restorative

Our Restorative Yoga classes provide a sacred space for you to pause, breathe, and truly listen to yourself with clarity and compassion.
Explore yogic tools to regulate your nervous system and release stress and tension from the body and mind. Props will be provided to hold postures for extended periods of time, offering a supported stretch.
Guided meditation

Learning to calm the mind is a vital part of our yoga practice. Our weekly guided meditation will give you the space to learn different techniques to quiet the busyness of life so you can reflect inward. Each class will offer gentle movement to prepare the body for stillness and pranayama (breathing exercises) to calm the nervous system.
Vinyasa

Our Vinyasa classes are designed to challenge and inspire you, building the strength and mobility your body craves - both on and off the mat. Experience a dynamic, flowing practice to energize your mind and body while deepening your yoga journey,

Aerial Yoga

Slow Flow Aerial Yoga is a graceful and gentle practice that combines the benefits of traditional yoga with the support of a suspended silk hammock. Focus on slow and deliberate movements, deep stretching, and mindful breathing.
Our slow flow class is a wonderful way to improve flexibility, build strength, and experience a sense of weightlessness as you float in the hammock.
