Peak Hot Yoga
Experience increased flexibility, stability, and detoxification as we crank up the heat to 105! Our Hot Yoga class perfectly pairs humidity with high heat to relax both your muscles and your mind. Each class features the same slow flow sequence so you can build stronger internal awareness and connection to your body. Grab your mat, some water, a towel, and let's get flowing!
Power Vinyasa
Power up your yoga with an active flow as you elevate your practice to the next level. With purposefully crafted sequences, our vinyasa classes are designed to increase both strength
and flexibility while connecting breath to movement. Come ready to challenge your physical and mental capabilities. Our Power Vinyasa is heated to 95 degrees.
slow flow
Our slow flow is an exploration of yoga's foundational postures at a more gentle pace with a focus on lighter movement. Postures will be held for extended periods of time to increase bone density, lung capacity, and depth in your alignment.
Yin & yang
Yin & Yang is the perfect blend of both movement and relaxation. The first half of class will be a slow flow to increase circulation and loosen the muscles for relaxation. You will then be guided into restorative postures for the remainder of class to help you find stillness in mind and body. A perfect class if you find quieting the mind to be a challenge.
Restorative
Just as movement is important, finding time in our busy days to rest, restore, and just be is vital for our wellness. We invite you to come experience full sensory relaxation. Restorative yoga is a tool to regulate your nervous system and release stress and tension from the body and mind. Props will be provided to hold postures for extended periods of time, offering a deeper stretch.
Guided meditation
Learning to calm the mind is a vital part of our yoga practice. Our weekly guided meditation will give you the space to learn different techniques to quiet the busyness of life so you can reflect inward. Each class will offer gentle movement to prepare the body for stillness and pranayama (breathing exercises) to calm the nervous system.
Aerial Yoga
Slow Flow Aerial Yoga is a graceful and gentle practice that combines the benefits of traditional yoga with the support of a suspended silk hammock. Focus on slow and deliberate movements, deep stretching, and mindful breathing.
Our slow flow class is a wonderful way to improve flexibility, build strength, and experience a sense of weightlessness as you float in the hammock.
