Meet Your Guides
Payton Kiely
Owner and Instructor
Payton first discovered yoga as a way to become friends with her body, after years of little to no physical movement. She quickly noticed how much better she was feeling in both body and mind, and knew it was her life purpose to help others feel this way within themselves. Payton taps into the dualities of life which shines outward in her teaching, leaving you feeling both worked yet relaxed from your practice. She believes through a balance of movement, mindfulness, and overall wellness, we can all achieve our highest potential. Payton will guide you through a practice filled with self exploratory tools that you can carry with you off your mat.
Payton's journey eventually led her to open Peak Yoga and Wellness, as she wanted to create a unique space for those to gather and grow together. Off her mat, you can typically find Payton on a dance floor surrounded by her favorite people or cuddled up with her cats reading a good book.
Becca Elizabeth
Yoga and Aerial Instructor, Sound Healer
Becca is an intuitive and creative yoga teacher. Yoga was introduced to her by a therapist many years ago. She discovered that yoga was a great tool to help her manage her anxiety, as well as relieve pain from physical ailments and heal injuries. Practicing mindfulness through yoga has helped her develop a strong mind/body connection. After years of consistent practice, she took it upon herself to become a teacher in 2018. She got certified through Ahimsa Yoga Studio in the Chicago Suburbs and started teaching there shortly after graduating. She approaches yoga from a holistic perspective, incorporating sound healing and breath work. She encourages her students to take what they discover on their mat with them into their daily lives.
She is also a certified aerial yoga and aerial silks instructor. When she’s not at the yoga studio you can find her hanging out with her boyfriend and playing with their two Akitas, hula hooping, learning to slackline or nannying.
Cassi Webb
Yoga Instructor
Cassi always had a passion for movement, but it wasn’t until she discovered yoga that her true transformation occurred. She discovered profound healing from the simple practice of placing one hand to her belly and one to her chest. The realization came that one cannot work with the body without also working with the mind. When we work with the symptoms of discontent and suffering, we begin to see that physiology and psychology are inseparable.
Cassi spends her time away from her mat with family and friends, enjoying nature, and traveling.

Rachel Bertrand
Yoga Instructor
Rachel’s journey with yoga began in her search to connect with and befriend her body. As an avid runner and fitness enthusiast she was placing high demands on her body, but at the expense of lingering soreness and a strong disconnect to deep appreciation for what her body could do. Due to a series of GI health issues and dis-ease in the body, leading to a blood transfusion, Rachel embarked on a journey through yoga teacher training to find gratitude for her whole being through the body, mind, and spirit connection that yoga provides. Rachel completed her 250 hr yoga teacher training in 2018, and taught classes wherever she could; her garage, nearby parks, churches, community studios, vineyards, and lavender fields. Rachel is also a licensed professional counselor and has a passion for the connection of bridging mental health with the modalities of breathwork, yoga, and meditation. Rachel values the importance of building community where every person has a space to be seen and heard for the unique beautiful individual that they are. When not teaching yoga or flowing with the Peak community on her mat, she is running, walking her dog, or spending time in nature.

Aashish Patel
Ayurvedic Counselor
Aashish started his yoga practice at the age of 14 and it waned at 18 when he went to college. He picked it back up at 45 learning online with Yoga with Adrienne. The practice that started before 45, began with going to the gym as he was overweight, loaded with cholesterol, hypertension, and border line diabetic (trending up). He had lost his father when he was 55 to cardiac arrest and his mother had a triple bypass when she was 50. These attributes ran in his family, but he was determined to live a quality life, hence deciding at an earlier age to take charge of his own health! The initial drop in weight was easy but it was like blowing in the wind without a sail. That’s when he turned inward and rediscovered yoga and the art of controlling breath with every movement. Yoga became his staple and with discipline, would practice starting at 5am for an hour. He started to build sustainable strength and his health dashboard started to improve. At 50 Aashish switched to a vegan diet, after having been a carnivore all his life. He incorporated walking 3 miles in the evening come rain or shine. Within six months, Aashish walked away from cholesterol, hypertension, and from being a confirmed diabetic, attributing the positives to discipline, yoga, diet, and walking. After taking on two intensive Yoga teacher programs, Hatha and Kundalini with Ayurveda, and a Mental Health First Aider from MHFA England, his practice has deepened, and he finds joy in being able to journey with others interested in improving their wellbeing. Ayurveda, mental wellness, and energy flow are at the core of his work. Come work with Aashish if you are seeking to improve your health in mind, body, and spirit, custom designed for you! We will enjoy and learn from each other… Let’s live a vibrant life!
