Getting Started with Peak Yoga and Wellness
Which Class is Right for Me?
All levels are welcome at all classes. Our highly trained team of instructors are here to meet you where you are at and support your success in your practice.

What Is the Best Yoga Class for Beginners?
If you're brand new to yoga or returning after a season away, we recommend beginning with our Ground format.
This slower paced practice is an opportunity to reconnect with your breath and body to find what feels right for you.
From here, we can increase or decrease class intensity to find exactly what you are needing.

What If I Want a More Challenging Yoga or Pilates Class?
If you're seeking a practice that brings heat and strength to your body, our Peak Flow and Mat Pilates classes are the perfect fit.
Peak Flow is a breath-led practice that links movements together in a gentle flow, creating strength, mobility and a sense of presence.
Mat Pilates is a core focused practice designed to offer you greater control in body and mind.

What If I Need a Relaxing Yoga or Meditation Class?
Our Unwind and Pause practices are here to give you just that.
Unwind is a fully supported practice that invites the mind and body to steady, providing space for the nervous system to reset.
Pause is our weekly meditation. A chance to quiet down the business of life to reconnect to yourself.

"Peak Yoga and Wellness is such an incredibly welcoming studio. The owner Payton is an amazing person who has cultivated an amazing community and brought together not only a beautiful space for yoga but an amazing staff as well. They are very supportive and great yoga teachers with a variety of skills and offerings unique to each person. I have gotten the pleasure to take classes as well as events at peak and am never disappointed.
Julie M,
"I'm so glad I gave Peak Yoga and Wellness a try. Every instructor is so welcoming and so nice. The studio is gorgeous and immaculate. I was right at home as a beginner, having never tried yoga. There are a variety of classes - from pilates, to hot yoga, challenging classes, and slower and more mindful classes, and even those that just make you feel so relaxed and fulfilled after a stressful day. Payton and her team take care of you wherever you are in your journey and create a community that supports and cares. I will also add that while I started yoga to help stretch my aching back, I also found the calm and focus of inner peace.... and also no back pain when I practice regularly.
