Meet Payton
If you haven't met me at the studio yet, I am the owner of Peak Yoga and Wellness.
In 2018, I went through a major life shift. I weighed 45 pounds more than I do now. I was working 3 jobs and barely making it by on my monthly payments.
I felt stuck. Unhappy. Disconnected.
One day, I looked in the mirror and did not even recognize the person who was looking back. It was then I decided that something had to change.
Enter Yoga.
In just 2 months of consistently investing my time, energy and money into my practice, I felt like a new person. A natural glow began to return for the first time in a long time.
And it was then I decided it was my life's purpose to share the power of this practice with the world.
Being apart of a yoga studio when I began my teaching career felt like I had a second home. And it was the desire to create that space for others that led me to opening Peak on August 12th, 2023.
