Studio Policies
We know it's not a fun topic, but all of our policies are in place to honor your time, the time of our staff, and the overall well-being of the studio.
Appointments

100% of the service charge is due at the time of booking for individual appointments and 50% non-refundable deposit down for group bookings, with the remaining balance due day of appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, it must be completed within 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment time to receive a full credit back to rebook your session.

If you cancel after the 24 hour period, or do not show to your appointment, there will be no credit back.
Workshops

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the beginning of a workshop. To avoid disruptions, our doors will be locked at start time, and late arrivals will not be admitted to class.

If you need to cancel your booking, please do so at least 24 hours prior to the event start time to receive a credit to your account to book with us again. Cancelations within 24 hours before the start of the workshop will still be allowed to cancel, but will be considered a Late Cancel and will not receive a credit/refund. No call/no shows will also receive no credits back.
Memberships

Our memberships are billed on a monthly or annual basis and will automatically renew on the date of original registration unless canceled.

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must submit written notice of the cancellation at least 7 days prior to the renewal date.

No refunds or credits will be issued for unused time or missed classes.

Our memberships cannot be paused or terminated early except in the case of medical emergency, extended time out of state, or relocation more than 25 miles from the studio.

Our memberships may not be shared or transferred.

Our Class Packs do not auto-renew. Expired class packages are non-refundable and no credits will be given for any unused credits.

Need to cancel a class? Please do so at least 2 hours beforehand if possible. Classes will be automatically credited back to your account unless the class has already begun.
General Studio Etiquette

No phones. We ask that you please leave your phone with the rest of your belongings outside of the studio room. If you must have it in the room, please inform your instructor beforehand.

Wear proper attire. Every student is required to wear a shirt and shorts/pants in every class. Sports bras are okay for women. This creates a comfortable experience for all.

No talking in the studio. When you enter the studio space, please reduce talking to a minimum. Before class, the space should be used to find stillness. You are welcome to hang out in the lobby to talk before class begins.

Arrive early. We ask that you please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before class to get checked in and settled on your mat. Take some time to just breathe and relax into the present moment!

Stay for the entire class. The ending of class (known as shavasana) is there to help us absorb the benefits of our practice. If you do need to leave early, please notify the instructor before class and leave prior to shavasana.

Come prepared. We encourage you to bring a mat, water bottle, and towel with you to class. We have these available to borrow or purchase as needed. Please do not bring any outside food or gum into the studio space.
