Payton Kiely
Owner and Instructor, Somatic Healing Provider
Payton's journey led her to open Peak Yoga and Wellness as she wanted to create a unique space for those to gather and grow together. Payton not only has a passion for teaching yoga and meditation, but for helping others along the path of their healing journey. Payton will guide you through a practice filled with self exploratory tools that you can carry with you off your mat.

Cassi
Yoga Teacher, Sound Healer,

Cassi always had a passion for movement, but it wasn’t until she discovered yoga that her true transformation occurred. She discovered profound healing from the simple practice of placing one hand to her belly and one to her chest. The realization came that one cannot work with the body without also working with the mind. When we work with the symptoms of discontent and suffering, we begin to see that physiology and psychology are inseparable.

Becca
Yoga Instructor, Sound Healer, Assisted Stretch Provider & Aerial Yoga instructor
Becca is an intuitive and creative yoga teacher. She approaches yoga from a holistic perspective, incorporating sound healing and breath work. Practicing mindfulness through yoga has helped her develop a strong mind/body connection. She encourages her students to take what they discover on their mat with them into their daily lives.
She is also a certified aerial yoga and aerial silks instructor.

Mariela
Yoga Instructor
Mariela is a certified 200hr Vinyasa teacher, but quickly fell in love with restorative practices and got certified as a Restorative Yoga Teacher in 2021 in Brazil, where she also studied Accessible and Adaptive Yoga and Trauma Sensitive Yoga. She works to ensure her practices are a safe and welcoming space for everybody.During her practices she combines meditation, pranayama and slow movements to prepare the body and the mind for deep and conscious rest and relaxation.

Talita
Yoga and Pilates Instructor
Talita's journey into the world of yoga began when her therapist recommended it, and it turned out to be a transformative experience. Recognizing the profound impact on her mental and emotional well-being, Talita felt a calling to share these benefits with others and decided to become a yoga instructor. Her specialization lies in emphasizing the importance of anatomy and proper alignment in her teaching style. Talita strongly believes in the profound connection between the mind and body, placing a significant emphasis on the art of proper breathing.

Sarah
Pilates and Yoga Instructor
While Yoga will always be her first love, Pilates has become an integral and necessary part of her fitness routine. Both disciplines emphasize mind body connection and full body integration which is an important facet of both physical and mental health.
Sarah’s favorite part about teaching is helping students feel better mentally and physically and helping students understand that moving our bodies is a privilege and not a punishment.

Kindra
Yoga Instructor
For Kindra, yoga became a pivotal part of her journey, helping her to regulate her own health both physically, mentally, and emotionally. Off her mat, it has helped her embrace a slower, more intentional pace of living. Kindra is dedicated to guiding others toward discovering the many benefits yoga offers both on and off their mats. Kindra believes in the transformative power of yoga as a tool to calm the mind, connect with the body, and bring balance to life.

Heather considers herself to be a student of yoga first and a teacher second.
She is passionate about helping others build confidence in themselves through the practice of yoga. She strives to create an environment in her classes that is both fun and empowering for all students.

Kathy was drawn towards a spiritual way of living and mind body connection for over 15 years before deciding to take the journey into yoga teacher training at Peak.
She wanted to share her love of movement and breath by teaching yoga. Kathy strives to bring yoga into everyday life by doing, evolving and truly living it, allowing peace and joy to flourish within and spread to others!

Lindsey
Yoga Instructor
Lindsey’s journey to well-being began in 2016 when her heart had an irregular rhythm and anxiety controlled her life. Through yoga and mindful practices, she found a path to healing and transformation. Her classes are uniquely designed to be accessible and meaningful, embedding life-empowering messages into each experience.
Lindsey's Life Motto: Be generous with your time, go where others are afraid to go, give it all you’ve got, and love what you do.

Kelley
Massage Therapist
After receiving massages to treat chronic neck pain, Kelley discovered how massage therapy can improve the overall quality of life and wanted to help other people in her community relieve their chronic pain.
She loves to provide massages in the yoga studio because massages and yoga compliment each other in a way that makes the most of both sessions. It brings her joy to know that by providing her services in the most serene of settings will leave the guest feeling relaxed and ready to spread good vibes through the rest of their day.

Kailyn
Massage Therapist
Kailyn has a deep understanding of the bodies ability to self heal and believes that massage can support the body in that healing process through regulating the nervous system.
Her goal is to help bring balance back into the body and to facilitate healing beyond easing muscle tension. Her focus is to calm the nervous system and provide each client with an environment that is both relaxing to the mind and body, sending safety signals to let go of tension, stress and emotions.
